Description
- Research emerging customer needs, markets and technologies and identify new product and business opportunities.
- reformulate existing product lines to continually improve on product quality
- Develop packaging & design cross functionally with procurement & the design team
- Manage and deliver New Product Development from concept to commercialization
- Mentor and develop the NPD Team identifying required training, prioritising the allocation of resources
- Oversee all aspects of technical documentation - briefs for new products and maintaining specifications
- Monitor and control the day-to-day management and communication with local 3rd party suppliers
