Profile
You will ideally come from a finance and banking background with a strong ability to deliver business cases for product enhancement and innovation to a wide set of stakeholders. You have an ethical and customer first approach truly wanting to deliver outstanding products and opportunities in to market that will benefit new and existing customers, topping your competitors in the market. You will be commercially astute with a deep understanding of the commercial value of what you are setting out to achieve. Description
- Establish and manage a customer intelligence framework which is underpinned by data analytics and research
- Understand the causes of attrition and put strategies in place to increase retention
- Add value to the customer through new products or enhancements to existing products
- Identify, business case and support the adoption of new technologies that improve the customer experience
- Recommend new product development opportunities and prepare business cases based on market research and market intelligence
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activity
- Liaise with product and technology partners to deliver value add services to products
