Reception/Office Administration

•     Office Administrator Part Time - 6 month Mat Leave Contract

Work with a friendly, flexible and successful Property Company in the heart of the CBD, close to public transport, brilliant opportunity for someone looking ot secure work for 2-3 days per week for a 6 month Maternity Leave contract.


Client Details

  • Reception – greeting visitors/answering phone calls
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Ensuring tidiness of office, lunchroom, reception area, stores.
  • Managing access card logbook
  • Managing stationery, kitchen supplies
  • Receiving & distributing mail
  • Organising IT equipment, sourcing IT quotation
  • Maintain office register (IT, insurance)
  • Liaising with building manager and telco companies on office issues
  • Preparing payment certificates and ensuring timely approval for payment
  • Update of Car Park management report
  • Compiling EXCO & Board Meeting Papers
  • Compiling Weekly meeting minutes.
  • Assisting office staff as and when required (total 15 headcount)
