Our client is seeking a Test Analyst to set the testing up for a large project, to deliver a strategic and complex Call Centre platform.
Be responsible for development of test documentation, development of test plans and test cases, setting up and managing information for each test cycle, and undertaking the execution of test phases.
Our Client is seeking:
- Proven experience with Contact Centre platforms
- Ability to work closely with technology teams and vendors to drive test progress, including managing defects through investigation to resolution
- The ability to align key stakeholders and influence business outcomes.
- Is a competent leader and thrives on coaching staff to reach their full potential.
- Values partnership, trust, collaboration and communication.
