A newly created opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated employment lawyer with 2+ years’ PAE to join a developed and growing Employment law practice of a global firm.  Working with three respected Partners in the industry your responsibilities will include:
  • Drafting employment contracts and advising on workplace policies & executive contracts;
  • Representing & advising clients from a diverse range of industries, on issues such as unfair dismissals, anti-discrimination law, and occupational health and safety law;
  • Expertise in award compliance, industrial disputes, employment policies and procedures, employment litigation, award compliance, collective bargaining and due diligence;
  • Acting on industrial relations matters & negotiating disputes with trade unions.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years PQE gained within a top-tier, mid-tier or boutique employment law firm or in-house organisation;
  • Experience gained in both general black letter employment law and industrial relations;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong academics;
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
