A well-established family run FMCG business based in Prestons, NSW are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their 120 employee business. This role is to support one of the busy Directors on a temp to perm basis. You will provide excellent and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Director and be will be fully responsible for supporting, maintaining and coordinating his daily business
 
Your duties will include:
  •  
  • Diary management
  • Arrange and assist in coordinating internal/ external meetings, company events and conferences
  • Arrange local and international travel and accommodation requirements
  • Preparation of presentations, reports, agendas and correspondence;
  • Management and manual processing of Staff expenses
  • Identifying, prioritising, and responding where required on urgent matters on behalf of the Director
  • Complete a range of other routine/ adhoc administrative tasks to support the Director
  • Ensure general corporate office support is consistently maintained
 
About you
 
  • At least five years’ experience in a similar EA role
  • You must be available immediately
  • Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentially.
  • Results driven and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite including Power Point
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
