IT Support Executive L1/L2

Onsite working with some flexibility to work from home

Purpose:  As an IT Support Executive, you will work alongside our MSP to provide essential Level 1 and 2 onsite support to Group employees


Responsibilities:

  • As IT Support Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
  • Resolve tier 1 and 2 support requests including troubleshooting and management of systems/devices for Windows computers
  • Work to resolve incidents/requests in a timely manner and escalate those that cannot be resolved on first contact to the appropriate second/third level team member
  • Elevate the employee experience relating to technology support and model a culture of partnership and enablement for the business
  • Assist in the maintenance of asset registers and monitor stock levels to ensure continuity in service delivery
  • Coordinate IT requirements for new starters including IT onboarding and creation of user accounts
  • Coordinate and track IT assets and relinquishing of access when offboarding employees
  • Assist in managing network infrastructure
  • Create and maintain system documentation and basic training materials i.e. how-to guides
  • Manage AV requirements for meeting rooms
  • Work with IT and the broader Operations team on implementing business initiatives for continual improvement 
 
Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field
  • At least 12 months experience working in a professional services helpdesk environment or equivalent 
  • Experience with MS Windows 10 & Microsoft Office Suite of software including knowledge of MS 365 favourable
  • Familiarity with Zoom Meetings and Telephony
