Description 

 
The purpose of this role is to develop a range of new innovative 5G products from concept through to market. You will be able to set the direction of the product from its infancy. To achieve this, the AD of 5G Product Development should possess the following attributes:
  • A keen interest to work with new 5G technology and building products from conceptual level
  • Enjoys working with key stakeholders to build world class 5G product roadmap
  • An ability to creatively problem-solve together with working group to create the best product
  • Able to establish and manage a product performance
The focus of this role is to:
  1. Understand customer needs and demand drivers for 5G products
  2. Understand and influence the 5G technology roadmap
  3. Sponsor and manage the delivery of the 5G product initiatives
  4. Define products and customer propositions that are compelling, competitive and commercially viable
  5. Manage the initial commercial performance of the 5G portfolio
  6. Ensure end-to-end CX of 5G products
  7. Ensure regulatory compliance of all 5G products
  8. Define the 5G device requirements and roadmap and work with stakeholders to optimize features, cost and supply

Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or IT
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in product development or similar roles
  • Product or project delivery experience
  • Strong people management skills including demonstration of being able to manage cross functional teams.
  • Experience in technology sector
