Client Services Manager

Our client is a well established and respected firm with interstate offices, growing at a rapid rate.  This part time CSM role has been created due to growth.  As CSM, you will have responsibility for ensuring the client relationship is reinforced at every opportunity. Through a range of administration support activities, this role ensures the requirements of the client and advisers are met and the work carried out is of a high standard. Key Duties:
 
  • Manage and make appointments for advisers
  • Follow up calls in order to gain access to relevant information
  • Preparation of paperwork for clients annual reviews and/or client meetings – word process SOA & reports, package up applications for investments and insurance, new client packs.
  • Client insurance – preparation of applications, lodgement of applications, follow up outstanding requirements with insurance provider, client, doctors and Life screen.
  • Provide a seamless transition of services to support the client relationship 
  • Enter/maintain client data in systems and platforms
  • Client Superannuation rollovers – preparation of forms, lodgement and follow up
  • PDS for all providers, standard forms and documentation
  • Maintain all filing for FS – filing of documents (electronic and paper) create new files, archive unwanted files etc
  • Assist wider support team as required
