Our client is seeking an experienced Senior BA. You will use your problem-solving skills, business acumen and knowledge of technology systems and processes to support in the successful transition of two key transformation projects in the business – migration of e-commerce platform & integration between ERP and 3 PL warehouse management system. Working closely with stakeholders across many functions, you will be responsible for identifying the appropriate solution to fit the business requirement and manage the development and deployment through the application of agile practices.
  • Manage the scoping and implementation of e-commerce transition and 3PL WMS integration across multiple vendors and stakeholder
  • Clearly documenting project plan for 3rd party deliveries, and managing internal technology resources for on time delivery of project requirements
  • Level 1 and level 2 process documentation for both e-commerce and logistics process design
  • Detailed scope documentation of internal integration requirements
  • Key contributor to digital business solution planning and delivery roadmap, proposing technology solutions to maximise business value
  • Development of business/functional/non-functional requirements
  • Development of a Business Case - modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements and 'as is' and 'to be process
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects in all stages of delivery across multiple markets/stakeholders
  • Apply Lean / Agile methodologies, including lean business case creation, user story development, delivery & testing
  • Coordinate deployment and testing of defined solutions in collaboration with the IT Operations team and other business stakeholders

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, and an accredited qualification in management consultancy, or similar
  • Coordinate business documentation across multiple vendors and business partners
  • Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions
  • A preference for working in fast paced environments with fluid requirement
  • Experience in managing and working within an agile environment
