The Test Analyst will provide support and guidance to other Test Teams and test team members during planning and execution test phases, overseeing the production of test deliverables like Test Strategy inputs, preparation of test scripts and keeping track of the test schedule. The TA is accountable for escalating risk to either schedule or scope to the relevant Test Manager.
  • Enablement of the testing vendor ensuring successfully delivery
  • Providing knowledge transfer of any specific skill sets around JIRA and accessibility within the wider testing team
  • Implementing and supporting automation within the digital tribe
  • Implementing and supporting accessibility testing
  • Introducing and encouraging automation within the testing team
  • Attendance at core team meetings and other project meetings
  • Preparation of Test Plans, schedules and execution reports within the project timelines and to TMO quality standards and processes
  • Working closely with SIT and other test teams to ensure that entry criteria is met
  • Oversight of the accurate logging, managing of defects, the preparation of daily summary reports and test results for all relevant project stakeholders
  • Development and maintenance of repository for project documentation and automation scripts including tight version control. Working with the TMO Process Team to ensure these are logged in the appropriate storage location
  • An IT or related tertiary qualification and 3+ years Technical Test and test automation experience
  • MUST HAVE with accessibility testing experience
  • 3+ years of programming experience in Java, Swift, Ruby, VB,  web services, mobile and web test automation frameworks
  • Significant experience in virtualization, Test tool management, Automation and Performance technologies
  • Expert knowledge of quality improvement, quality process, quality assurance methodologies and best practices
  • Expert knowledge of test tools and designing technical frameworks
  • (e.g. HP ALM QC/PC v12.00 or higher, JIRA, HP Vugen LoadRunner and analysis, HP BAC diagnostics, HP Sitescope, HP UFT, Selenium with Cucumber/Ruby, Jenkins, XCTest and Espresso.)
  • Familiar with Microsoft and Unix/Linux operating systems
  • Accessibility Testing capable
  • Good knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases
