About the role
As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the firm's Managing Directors and the wider Corporate Advisory team to provide essential support in diary management, deal management and event coordination.

Responsibilities:
• Provide high level of support to the MD’s and wider team such as inbox management, proactive diary management, scheduling of meetings, travel (domestic and international) and expense claim reconciliation
• Deal administration management through Salesforce
• Answer phone calls on behalf of the bankers and take accurate messages
• Assist in the coordination of both internal and external events
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding for Corporate Advisory
• Become subject matter expert for the firm's systems to provide effective support to the Corporate Advisory Team
• Coordinate production of proposals/reports and meeting packs
• Coordinate office administration and day to day management of the office such as ordering supplies
• Ad hoc project support where required


You will have:
• 3 years’ experience as an EA in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior exposure to financial or professional services is preferred, but not essential
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, comfortable to interact with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
• A keen eye for detail
• You are proactive, have a team-focused approach to work with a great attitude
• You are an astute multitasker who comfortably operates in ambiguity
• You are adaptable with a strong work ethic
• You are a quick learner with the desire to take ownership of tasks immediately
• You are Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
• You possess the drive to make continuous improvements and create an inviting team culture and a genuine desire to learn the business objectives and grow skills above and beyond key responsibilities
