Description 

Supporting an office of 6, you willl directly support the 2 Directors.  Your duties will include: 

 General Duties
 
  • Provide general administrative support, printing, photocopying and online file directory management
  • Quality controlling documents and reports, ensuring formatting is uniform and consistent
  • Assist with  ad hoc projects (eg. new CRM – see below) and general office management
  • Organise domestic and overseas travel and accommodation
  • Management and input of monthly expenses into MYOB
  • Preparation of monthly invoices
  • Management of monthly accounts payable
  • Assist in setup and ongoing management of new CRM database (Salesforce)
  • Arrange meetings and lunches 
  • Organise events as required
  • Order office supplies 
  • Coordinate induction training 
  • Liaison with third party service providers including building manager, IT contractors, suppliers etc
  • Diary management for two Partners
  • General support of team including greeting clients. coffee runs etc
 
Required Level of Experience

  • Experience in a similar role
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft 365
  • Experience in the banking and finance industry preferred but not necessary
  • Some level of accounts experience preferred but not necessary
