Description
 
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering strategic programs and initiatives that are aligned with overall business people strategy.   In this role you will work in partnership with your TA colleagues and senior business leaders to understand business needs and deliver value TA Solutions
Working across all  divisions you’ll be responsible for sourcing critical talent for our business across Australia based on a robust sourcing strategy that is bespoke. You will work in partnership with the TA Leads to deliver outstanding hiring results to our Hiring Managers.
 
The core responsibilities of the role are as follows:
  • Actively contribute to a Talent Acquisition team that operates strategically and proactively, to attract and recruit the right talent
  • Engage and attract the right talent through proactive sourcing such as: talent- communities, events, social media, blogs and networking forums
  • Build effective talent pipelines and maintain accuracy and relevance of these pipelines
  • Raise awareness and impact positively on brand perception, both internally and externally
  • Understand the business strategy, the market, customers and competitors
  • Translate vision into action
  • Seek information and can create order out of large quantities of information, get to the heart of the problem
  • Actively contribute to planning sessions, team meetings and other projects as required
 
 About You
  • A seasoned recruiter with end to end recruitment experience either through agency, RPO or internal Talent Acquisition
  • Minimum of 1-2 years, prior strategic sourcing experience- demonstrated experience in talent mapping utilising appropriate and innovative sourcing tools and solutions
  • Strong networking capabilities and proven skills in attracting diverse candidates- ability to leverage your knowledge and tap into the passive candidate market
  • High level communications skills, strong stakeholder management and engagement capability with the ability to build, develop and maintain effective working relationships across all levels within TA and the business
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail with strong time-management and the ability to manage competing priorities and deliverables to expected timeframe
