FutureYou have partnered with a large organisation in the recruitment of their new Payroll Specialist to join their team on an initial 12 month FTC.

This business have recently ventured into the New Zealand market and now looking for a Payroll Specialist to assist with their payroll. You'll be offering an additional pair of hands to the Australian payroll team of 2 and also taking on the New Zealand payroll of approx 200. 

Their offices are based on the CBD Surrounds however, at this time they are still remote working - the office is open however, they have no plans to return fulltime.

This is a full time position, initially FTC 12 months in order to assess the structure of the business and the way their Payroll Department is organised, this will likely go permanent.


  • Full function, end to end payroll of approx 200 NZ employees

This would suit someone who has both NZ and AU experience, looking for a role which they can control and take charge of. You will be supported however, the Manager will be heavily hands off.

The only non-negotiable is you MUST have end to end payroll experience in both NZ and Au payroll - systems and process can be taught!

Job Offer

In return you will receive $80k + $90k + Super depending on your experience - they are flexible.
They offer a complete flexible working structure, meaning the hours and days you work in the office are not monitored, you are expected to be self-sufficient and work proactively.
