Description: 
  • Manage delivery of performance and reward policies
  • Mentor and collaborate with the HR team (local and global) on Performance and Reward matters
  • Develop the plan and assist with delivery as agreed with the HR team for the effective delivery of all Performance and Reward policies
  • Provide expertise on Performance and Reward, ensuring Governance and Compliance
  • Supervise payroll delivery and improve processes and performance
  • Supervise global mobility administration and provide process leadership to improve the experience of the expat population.
  • Act as co-ordinating point for global people technology, analytics and master data deployment actions in the region.
  • Maintain Inventory of Performance policies, Reward Items, Systems and Processes for Cluster , to support the development of a professional function:
  • Deliver training and ensure buy in to people performance
  • Ensure Payscales are maintained and communicated based on documented approaches
  • Ensure Incentive arrangements (STIP & LTIP) are managed and communicated with impact
  • Ensure exceptional hiring & exit terms are captured consistently and delivered by payroll
  • Support Health & Wellbeing initiatives leveraging local and global best practice
  • Deliver global recognition programme with impact
  • Conduct annual group P&R Reviews
Profile:

• 5+ years with exposure to local performance and reward landscape – including people performance practices, local benefits and payroll
• Experience from another in-house global performance and reward team
• Experience in supervising payroll and Global Mobility operations
• Success Factors experience
• An empathetic people manager
• Customer orientation and team player
• Change adaptability
• Collaboration and influencing ability
• Goal oriented, ability to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines
• A strong written and oral communicator, able to adapt to its audience
