Our client is a well established, successful Business Consulting, firm in the CBD, growing at a rapid rate and has this exciting newly created role for a dynamic and proactive Operations Coordinator combining some overflow projects from the Operations Manager and Practice Manager. This vibrant, progressive and collaborative firm is looking for an experienced Office/Operations Coordinator who can help inject their personality and energy to add to the wonderful company culture.

Description 

This multi-faceted role will incorporate all aspects associated with the management and efficient running of the office including:
  • Assisting with Induction Program for all New Employees.
  • Executing on meeting actions
  • Assist the team to deliver maximum levels of productivity
  • Managing Office Procurement requirements
  • Assisting with Finance matters including invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and debtor management
  • Administering the following:
    • customer onboarding
    • staff onboarding
    • access level controls (IT & systems)
    • Helping maintain the internal intranet
    • Updating, checking, and assisting with Global operation policies

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision but also in a team
  • Problem solving, proactive nature
  • Positive and resilient attitude
  • The ability to meet deadlines and multitask
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient MS Office skills.
