Client Details

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our Legal team. The coordinator will be responsible for creating talent pools of candidates & generating inside sales – leads. This will involve ‘shadowing’ the Legal Consultants to understanding their client needs, engaging the relevant FutureYou Consultant to ensure their candidate needs are met. You should identify sales opportunities to assist the team in achieving targets.
To be successful as the Recruitment Coordinator you should be able to build instant rapport, achieve Consultant & Client satisfaction and understand what services FutureYou offers. A top Recruitment Coordinator should be competitive, a team player, a good listener too and having the ability to understand different client & candidate needs and be able to deliver to these.


Description 

Key Responsibilities:
Candidates
  • Partnering with FutureYou Consultants – sourcing & identifying candidates for their clients
  • Understanding client requirements and understanding what a good candidate profile looks like
  • Creating and maintaining talent pools of in demand candidates
  • Proficient across technologies ie LinkedIn, Seek, Idibu, Referoo, Bullhorn for candidate searching
  • Advert writing
  • Scheduling interviews and phone screens
  • Conducting interviews and interview preparation
  • Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
  • Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
 
Clients
  • Researching, generating & following up on leads from candidates and ad chases
  • Understanding the FutureYou pitch – full services offered
  • Explaining and demonstrating FutureYou services
  • Cross selling FutureYou services


Profile

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an outbound sales position
  • Preferably a law degree and/or experience within professional services
  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail & organization skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal, written & listening
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent phone and business development skills
