Client Details

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Australian arm of a successful and growing global manufacturing and distribution firm. Your exceptional Customer Service and team leadership skills will allow you to deal and develop the Customer Service function within this face-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Role requirements:

- Leading and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives with 2 direct reports.
- Being extremely hands on and managing customer enquiries
- Manage customer complaints, escalations, solution identification
- Contribute to local leadership team in making customer-centric , growth-focused decisions relating to policy, planning and strategy
- Contribute to the company culture of positive relationships, accountability and commercial focus
- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and order management, credit and return requests
- Oversee purchasing process for stock replenishment
- Identify and address OHS issues

Profile:

- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Commercially astute
- Strong problem solving, team building skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong computer literacy across all applicable related applications
