Description
As the Internal Communications Adviser you will be responsible for ensuring high quality content development, keeping on top of communications schedules and managing various communications channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Internal Communications Manager with projects and campaigns
• Provide specialist advice on most suitable format or tools for given audiences
• Work with stakeholders to adopt best practice in communications
• Identify innovative and effective communication channels to engage employees
• Support videos for staff
• Draft short stories and profiles for various channels such as Yammer, newsletters and intranet
• Work with Web Services team on intranet issues
• Develop intranet story banners and sourcing thumbnails
• Assist on developing monthly newsletter
• Assist with organising communications events and logistics on campaigns

 
Profile

• 2-4 years’ internal communications experience in a corporate environment or professional services
• Strong editorial skills
• Up to date knowledge of the industry’s internal communications tools and strategies
• Ability to build authentic relationships
• Enjoys collaborating and working in a team environment
