FutureYou have partnered with one of our favourite businesses in the recruitment of a wonderful new Business Development Executive to join their team! Due to a gap in the market they are needing a new person to come in and tap up a whole market for new business. You will be joining a team of 7 and reporting into a Partner.

With ultimate flexibility - WFH or being based in their STUNNING offices with Sydney Harbour views.
If you're able to make them money - they will give you the WORLD!
This role will include:
- Business development from an existing database
- Renewing previous deals
- Maintaining relationships
- Engaging and representing the business to the market
- Cold, warm and hot calls!
- Generating leads and business from scratch
- Sell, build relationships and build your brand
This would suit a bubbly, social person who has a personality for sales - with or without experience!
Please ensure you have EXCELLENT communication skills - this is a phone based role. My client is open to negotiations on visa's so please do not be disheartened if you are not a citizen or resident, always apply!!
In exchange, they will offer you extensive training - you will have all you need to be super successful. With all sales positions, the base salary is great but the commissions are even better. With a base of approximately $80k + Super - with absolutely flexibility on this number, the commissions is where the money is made. Average OTE is $150k a year!!
