Client Details Our client is a well-known telecommunications firm based in Macquarie Park. They provide services both to end users and acts as a wholesaler.
Description As the Procurement Systems Specialist you will be a key member of the Procurement team and will be responsible for implementation, ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the procurement systems
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of new procurement systems, including the current Ariba buying and invoicing implementation
- Provide SME advice and training to procurement and business on use of procurement system
- Provide business administration support for procurement systems
- Drive business adoption of new features in system releases and evaluate the business benefit to prioritise which features to adopt
- Support Internal Customers overcome process obstacles and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Be the first point of contact for all procurement solutions questions and queries
- Provide advice to ensure systems drive compliance to procurement poliies and processes
Profile- Must have experience with PTP systems implementation
- Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba upstream and downstream functionality
- Understnd interactions with SAP ECC
- Ability to adapt to change and additions in procurement systems as and when needed
- Continuous improvement mindset
