Client Details

FutureYou have partnered with a global manufacturing business in the recruitment of their new Payroll Specialist to join their team, initially on a 12 month FTC basis to trial the position. Due to their recent growth in the New Zealand market and an opening of a factory there, they are looking for someone to take over the New Zealand payroll.

If all goes well this will eventuate into a permanent role - but this cannot be promised.

You will be working within a team of 5 and reporting to the Payroll Manager, however you will be working on your own payroll ledger of people.


This is a full function processing payroll position:
  • End to end payroll using ADP
  • Statutory deductions for both Australia and New Zealand
  • New Zealand payroll 
  • Executive payroll for Australia
  • Project work 
  • Ad hoc reporting


You will need to have both Australian and New Zealand experience for this position, there will be support but very limited. 
ADP experience is not essential however, please ensure you have experience using a larger ERP system.

Job Offer

In return they are paying approximately up to $90k + Super with some flexibility. 

You are able to work majority from home, they will provide you with a laptop etc however, if you would like to work in the office they are situated in the lower CBD fringe and super accessible by car, bus and train.
