FutureYou have partnered with a wonderful construction business in the recruitment of a new part-time Payroll Specialist to join their family team!
They have a small but strong payroll function, however after 15 years as a stand-alone Payroll Manager they are looking for an additional pair of hands to help with a slightly increased work load. They currently process approximately 1,000 weekly and fortnightly using Chris21.
This is a part-time role as they really don't think there is enough work for a full additional headcount, therefore we have agreed 3 days should suffice with ease!
This is a full function, end to end payroll position:
- Wages and salaried staff
- Tax, superannuation and third party payment deductions
- 1,000 people on your ledger
- Terminations and redundancy payment calculations
- Leave reconciliations
Please ensure you have Chris21 experience - they are very busy at the moment (hence recruitment) and they have minimal time to train.
Full function processing experience is also important.
This role would be perfect for a return to work mother who is keep to jump back into payroll processing after maternity leave - 3 days a week, flexible on which days and WFH is optional.
In return, they are offering between $80k - $90k + Super PRO-RATED for 3 days. This is a permanent opportunity. They also offer complete WFH options too.
