Client Details

The organization has a strong presence across a variety of categories within both Retail and Foodservice with innovation and NPD being at the heart of the business.  Currently in a high growth phase this newly created role will be a pivotal hire whilst the business looks to increase market share.


Working within a fun and fast paced environment the successful candidate will be required to perform the following tasks;
  • Develop relationships with buyers developing category plans delivering increased sales and margin
  • Building market share in collaboration with key customers
  • Working cross functionally ensuring business objectives are achieved
  • Ensuring brand message is in line with company values
  • Close working relationship with NPD team
  • Range reviews
  • Previous experience of managing Woolworths or Coles
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Competent negotiator
  • FMCG, Consumer Health or Pharma background essential
  • Superb communication and presentation skills

This role is offering a salary of between $100k - 120k base + super, 15k car allowance + bonus.
