Client Details

A rare opportunity has arisen for a strong franchise administrator to join a family run business based in North Sydney, Initially this will be a temporary opportunity that could go permanent fo the right person. As the Franchise Administrator you will work as first point of contact fo all business managers/franchisees. This role plays  key part in maintaining a supportive relationship between the holding company in the franchise.

You will be responsible for 

  • Liaising with business owners to update them on contract renewals
  • First point of contact for all franchise sales enquires 
  • Ensuring all documentation is up to date nd complies the franchising regulations 
  • General contract enquires & administration
  • Conduct system set up activities shortcuts ready for trading
  • Work closely with Shortcuts vendor to ensure issues management
  • Support execute preparation for shortcuts project work
  • Provide support, training and coaching to internal teams
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to shortcuts
  • Run the quarterly Franchisee meetings 

Profile
  • Have 4+ Years experience within a similar franchise admin role 
  • Experience in reaching, interpreting and understanding contractual agreements. 
  • Excellent Communication skills verbal & written 
  • Confident in facilitating training 
  • Understanding of POS Systems.
