Client Details

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a State L&D Manager to join the Adelaide office of a leading Australian Business. As the state L&D Manager you will be working with full autonomy in designing, developing and facilitating training and coaching programmes for over 100 field sales staff across 23 sites. You will be a key person in ensuring that all market trends, regulatory changes and gaps are identified and sessions are facilitated to drive a high performing environment to achieve their growth strategy. 


  • Deliver virtual training visa video conference 
  • Lead a cohesive cross functional working environment by assisting colleagues as needed to ensure workloads are dealt with
  • Work closely with RTOs
  • Provide 1 to 1 coaching to staff who require additional support 
  • Effectively promote the sales induction programme across the state
  • Ensure appropriate management of customer information in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Complete all mandatory training within required time frames and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Adapt a culture of risk management and compliance. - Participate in cross training with minimisation of key person risk
  • Have a good understand of RCSA and Cap testing requirements
  • Work with Sales Leaders to ensure they are competent to conduct those programs identified as benefiting from being Sales Manager led
  • Work with L&D Managers and Sales leaders to identify trending issues in the states and plan for future sessions to meet the gap
  • Reporting on all sessions
You will be tertiary qualified, certificate inf training & assessment
Background in banking, credit & or lending environment 
Excellent management skills 
You will be a self starter and be able to work with full autonomy
Previous experience as a face to face facilitator, mentor or coach
