Client Details

Perfect opportunity for an experienced Administrator/ Import coordinator to join a close knit family run business. As the Sales Support Administrator you will work closely with the business ot ensure smooth running of imports whilst providing excellent customer service to clients. 
  • Providing internal customer service and resolution to all issues relating to the import process
  • General bookkeeping/accounts receivables
  • Liaising with suppliers on shipments dates and maintain real time records
  • Processing orders and invoices
  • Booking couriers, generating consignment notes and tracking deliveries
Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in a shipping or logistics coordination role. Both freight forwarding, and manufacturing considering
  • Sales order entry/data entry experience 
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal /written
