About the role:

This residential property development business is seeking an Office Administrator to join their Southbank team.

As the Office Administrator, this person will perform administrative duties to ensure highest standards of customer service and day to day operation of the office and staff.
Someone with a flexible attitude who is able to adapt to various tasks would fit in well to this environment.

Key duties:

  • Reception cover
  • Assist GM of Finance and wider team
  • Accounts processing & reconciliation
  • Support EA with various tasks
  • General ad hoc duties

Key skills:

  • Experience in an office environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
