Client Details

A leading player within the financial services sector is seeking to appoint a competent, experienced and immaculately presented Receptionist into the team on a temporary contract. 

Description 

The Guest Relations Concierge will sit on Reception as front of office. The responsibilities are as follows:

  • Greet and interact with client and visitors
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
  • Maintain very well presented reception area
  • Serve tea and coffee when required. Barista coffee. 
  • Open and date stamp all general correspondence
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings
  • Set up and assist with AV equipment; confidence in supporting the Executives with MS Teams/ ZOOM
  • Organise catering and assist with client and staff functions; RSA Certificate non-negotiable
  • Office mail distribution and courier bookings
  • Coordinating deliveries and liaising with contractors
  • Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • General office administration as required


Profile

To be successful in this application, you will have:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • At least three years Receptionist experience in a professional environment
  • Immaculate, tier one presentation and tier one communication skills
  • The confidence to support and engage with the Executives in the absence of their EA
  • Technical proficiency in the MS Office suite including MS Teams
  • RSA Certificate is required
  • Positive, pro-active and self-starter attributes
  • High energy
