Our client is a leading accommodation provider with core operations across the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand. 

This opportunity will see you driving sales, leading the acquisition and retention alongside achieving occupancy and revenue targets.


The Head of Sales will be responsible for maximising the revenue performance of the ANZ portfolio. The role has responsibility for developing the sales strategy, revenue analytics and reporting, developing a high performing culture alongside training and developing staff to achieve sales targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and executing Strategic sales plan and ensuring consistent sales performance

  • Drive recruitment sales for core business

  • Develop sales strategies to drive acquisition and retention; and increase the number of customers

  • Build short-stays markets; and improve sales targets with this offering

  • Providing leadership and guidance to your team while also creating and maintaining a high-performance
    sales team

  • Revenue analytics and reporting to provide meaningful sales insight at an executive level and operational level

  • Work with Management to maximise the revenue performance for the ANZ portfolio

  • Analyse Competitors and customers and provide insight for strategic asset plans

  • Manage the analysis and management of revenue streams including reporting, yield management along with the ongoing development of systems to automate our processes

  • Develop and present business proposals to customers and partners.

  • Builds and Maintains relationships with key stakeholders and partners


In order to be successful in this role, you must (have):

  • Experience as a Head of Sales or National Sales Manager

  • Be a self-starter and self-motivater, with a proven track record in business development and sales management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Be extremely well presentated as a representative of the organisation’s brand

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Bring new thinking to the business and establish new opportunities

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Possess the ability to act in an independent, and discreet manner, preserving the confidentiality of information

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
