About the role:

Award winning law firm in Melbourne’s CBD are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their collaborative team on a 9 – 12 month fixed term contract.
 
Covering maternity leave, this role has the potential to extend into something permanent for the right candidate.

The role will see the successful candidate supporting two diverse groups, focusing on day to day HR activities.


Key duties:

  • Human resource advisory
  • Discussions on employees performance and career development
  • Assisting with promotions and performance
  • Talent and succession planning
  • Engagement and retention strategies

Key skills:
  • 2 + years' experience in an HRBP role
  • Experience in professional services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
