Client DetailsLarge food manufacturing business in South West requires a Project Engineer on a 12 month contract to install and commisision a $5m CAPEX line.
Description Reporting into the Engineering Manager the Project Engineer will take a responsilbity for the installation and commissioning of a $5m CAPEX line which has been designed and scoped already. The Project Engineer will work closely with production, operations and technical to scope and successfully commission this brand new line on site as the business continues to expand its manufacturing footprint. Specifically you will:
- Scope and install the new manufacturing line
- Commission and successfully operationalise the line ensuring all operators are fully trained in how to operate the equipment
- Trouble shoot any electro- mechanical issues and identify root cause
This is an exciting role for an initial 12 months to take control of the companies largest recent CAPEX installation.
ProfileTo be successful you will have the following:
- Degree in an Engineering subject along with both mechanical and electrical proficiencies
- Proven experience of having project managed the installation of a food manufacturing line
- The ability to react to project hurdles and identify solutions to technical issues
