Client Details

An impactful organisation operating on a national platform, our client is recognised for the provision of critical services nationally. To aid the smooth delivery of one of these services, our client is seeking to appoint an experienced and administratively strong Program Coordinator into the team to support across multiple streams.


The Program Coordinator is positioned as to the go-too in the team for all administrative and secretarial support. The core responsibilities are as follows:

  • Coordinate and track meeting activities such as agendas and minutes
  • Support team with minute-taking; capturing key points and delivering in a professional, comprehensive format
  • Track project deliverables/milestones and run analysis reports for leadership team
  • Support team in achieving grant KPIs by providing regular feedback on progress and deliverables
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to support overflow training administration tasks 
  • Encourage a philosophy of continuous improvement through review processes, regular feedback and professional development opportunities
  • Support staff and trainers nationally as required to support delivery of workshops and track outcomes/feedback/ areas for improvement


The successful applicant will align with the core values of the organisation pertaining to integrity and respect. You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • At least three years in a similar Program Coordination position
  • A demonstrable track record in minute-taking and formally presenting minutes
  • A genuine interest and passion for the NFP sector
  • RTO experience is advantageous
