Service Delivery Manager

Position title: Service Delivery Manager
Reports to: Head of IT
Location: North Ryde, Sydney
Department: Information Technology

The Service Delivery Managers (SDM) primary focus areas are to develop and maintain the core ITIL aligned processes underpinning the IT department’s ways of working.
The role champions consistent IT service delivery in line with defined process and coaches, trains, mentors and ensures adherence to defined processes.
The role also assists in defining the minimum standards of delivery, while also developing and maintaining IT service level agreements and monitors actual performance to agreed standards.
The role is the advocate for the business to ensure IT delivers its services in line with the organisation’s expectation

Technical Experience
A strong understanding of ICT Service Management with relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in both ICT and business-related discipline
Extensive experience in the development, implementation, and management of ITIL principles in an enterprise IT environment
Broad, contemporary knowledge of ICT products and services with the ability to engage in technical discussion with technical staff
