Within this role you will be responsible for managing the day to day delivery of the project/s which includes but is not limited to: forecasting and managing design fee & budgets, managing all associated 3rd parties and setting the leasing and marketing strategies.
This role requires a high level of ability to assess, identify and manage all potential risk associated to an office project, as well as developing recommendations for project risk mitigation.
Having the ability to seek out opportunities to implement strategies to ensure delivery of projects in conformity with development plan and business strategy. These roles require you to manage the consistency of the design and project process, and to check for end user functionality in compliance with best practice industry standards.
Developing and managing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholder's is a priority in these roles, and you will already have a well-established network within the Melbourne property market.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering all aspects of a commercial/office project. You will have at least 7 years of development management experience with a notable developer and will have a Degree in either Real Estate, Construction or similar.
You must have experience in project and design management and/ knowledge to manage the inputs and outputs for a commercial assessment. Have the ability to problem solve, plan ahead and have strong organisational and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising and managing stakeholders at all levels.
