In this newly created role you will work along side the Marketing team to enhance their CRM capabilities. You will be surrounded by a passionate and driven team all invested in making their mark.

Description 

Develop and execute all CRM strategies across email, social, web and push notifications
Optimise and analyse the customer journey ensuring personalised and relevant lifestyle communications
Deliver on  A/B methodologies and assess effectiveness
Own the operational delivery reporting on ROI and managing budgets
Deliver on audience planning, funnel optimisation, channel selection, Message content & frequency


Profile

Your back ground will be within a very fast paced volume organisation with proven analytic and segmentation experience. You will have a data driven mindset, strong commercial acumen and significant tenure in CRM Management. Having worked in complex customer journey retention and acqusition you will have measurable examples of driving growth and engagement. Ideally you will come form a back ground at some point in fashion and have a passion for the industry to truly enjoy your day to day environment.
