Assistant Development Manager

  • Private Developer with a large land bank seeking to add headcount

This role would report to a Senior Development Manager and would cover the full project cycle from running a feasibility model, appointing and managing consultants, as well superintending the delivery of projects to completion. This role will provide gain excellent exposure to the residential land communities across the VIC market.
 
Within this role, you will be part of the development team that together will touch on all aspects of the property development life cycle. This includes but is not limited to conducting feasibility analysis, managing the internal and external stakeholders, as well as assisting in all aspects of planning and design for these projects, and general administration of the developments.
 

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering all aspects of a residential communities project.  They will have at least 2 years + of development management experience with a notable developer and will have a degree in either real estate, construction or similar.
 
You must have the ability to problem solve, plan ahead and have strong organisational and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising and managing stakeholders at all levels.
