A sophisticated agency within the financial services arena and with a national reach, our client is recognised for providing a high quality and unbiased service. 


The Team Coordinator will support the General Manager, her five direct reports and broader team across Melbourne and Sydney with the following requirements:

  • Diary management,
  • Answering calls and relaying client messages accurately,
  • Processing expenses,
  • Updating team calendars and absence management system,
  • Arranging conference calls; booking restaurants/taxis,
  • Printing/binding documentation as necessary,
  • Working with broader team to ensure the smooth running of events and communications,
  • Using online database to retrieve client related documentation; updating client details, and;
  • Any other ad-hoc request from the team. 


To be successful in this application, you will have;
  • Immaculate presentation
  • At least three years experience in a similar Team Coordinator position, preferably working experience in the banking / financial / legal industry
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Effective interpersonal skills - able to work in a busy and high pressure environment
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills and attention-to-detail
  • Ability to organise and manage own time effectively
  • Proactive and flexible attitude
  • Experience in managing relationships across all levels
