Description The Team Coordinator will support the General Manager, her five direct reports and broader team across Melbourne and Sydney with the following requirements:
- Diary management,
- Answering calls and relaying client messages accurately,
- Processing expenses,
- Updating team calendars and absence management system,
- Arranging conference calls; booking restaurants/taxis,
- Printing/binding documentation as necessary,
- Working with broader team to ensure the smooth running of events and communications,
- Using online database to retrieve client related documentation; updating client details, and;
- Any other ad-hoc request from the team.
ProfileTo be successful in this application, you will have;
- Immaculate presentation
- At least three years experience in a similar Team Coordinator position, preferably working experience in the banking / financial / legal industry
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Effective interpersonal skills - able to work in a busy and high pressure environment
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills and attention-to-detail
- Ability to organise and manage own time effectively
- Proactive and flexible attitude
- Experience in managing relationships across all levels
