A rare opportunity has arisen for a L&D Specialist to join a leading engineering business in North Sydney. This will involve regularly seeking input on training requirements as well as regular facilitation of training to individual or groups

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture this role will be responsible for

  • Developing new Training Manuals 
  • Reviewing, Transforming & consolidating existing L&D Processes
  • E learning design and content development 
  • Consulting with the business around development needs
  • Managing vendor relationships as well as the day to day scheduling and logistics for company wide training
  • Management of  senior leadership program
  • Designing well being material
  • Delivery of content across the business
  • Ensure staff have the required knowledge and skills required to perform effectively in their current roles

About you
  • 4+ years relevant experience as a Learning and Development professional in a similar role;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Adult Learning, Human Resources, Organisational Development or related field
  • Experience in developing and facilitating workshops and forums essential
  • Proven experience reviewing, researching, design and facilitating new and best practice Learning & Development frameworks and programs
  • Ability to develop and effectively deliver best practice modern content and programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability the influence and engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
