A Leading professional services business are currently looking to hire within their established Finance team. As a full function accounts receivable office, you will be responsible for business to business collections, monthly reconciliation of debtors and other finance support administration.
Your day to day..
- Journal entries, bank reconciliations & AR credit notes
- Assisting with the month end process
- Regular liaison with partners & senior stakeholders
- Managing a high $$ value ledger of accounts
- Daily reporting/ action any discrepancies
- Chase debtors greater than 30+ days
- Minimum 3 years within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within Legal, Professional or Financial Services will be highly regarded
- High Attention to detail
