Client Details

A critical service provider within the insurance industry is seeking to appoint a competent and trustworthy administrator into the team to support with a critical HR project.

Description 

Reporting into the HR BP who also lives in the Gosford area, the HR Administrator will assist in transitioning 9000 employee records and company policies onto a new HR platform. This will entail the following:

  • Identify and split files/PDF files accordingly pertaining to category; employment contracts, warning letters, performance reviews, personal information such as passport/ drivers licence etc
  • Allocate record to new folder in line with company policy
  • Apply utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • High attention to detail absolutely critical 
  • Liaise with HR BP on progress 



Profile

To be successful, you will:

  • Be immediately available
  • Live in the Gosford area
  • Have a strong and demonstrable administration skill-set in addition to exceptional organisational skills
  • Have experience supporting other projects
  • Have competency in Adobe PDF 
  • An ability to work autonomously and efficiently
  • Have a high attention to detail 
HR Administration experience is highly desirable. 

Job Offer

  • Immediate start
  • $27-30ph depending on skill-set
