Head of Channel Sales

Our client is a local private property developer with a variety of developments across Australia. They are seeking to add an additional headcount into their Melbourne based team focusing on building and driving their Sales team locally and internationally.
 
You will be responsible for:
  • Set and execute the global channel sales strategy;
  • Driving and managing all the day-to-day activities of sales globally;
  • Working closely with the Marketing and Development teams to ensure that the brand and product is in line with the target market;
  • Manage the channel sales accounts and agents globally;
  • My client seeks to deliver a high-end quality project, therefore strong attention to detail and service to stakeholders is required.
 
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • A demonstrated track record of managing and delivering a channel sales strategy in Melbourne to the global market;
  • Excellent relationships with channel sales partners nationally and globally;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role directly with a property developer;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must;
  • Have the desire and hunger to build out a sales division;
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail are a requirement;
