12 month Fixed Term Contract 

Standalone role working alongside existing team. 

  • Rebuilding ITIL processes, build a robust service delivery environment. Drive ITIL Compliance across the business.
  • Accountable for managing the successful delivery of support services.
  • Work with customers to build appropriate processes and procedures. These will be documented and encapsulated into the ServiceDesk environment.
  • Assist with any root cause analysis and delivery of corrective actions that result from ServiceDesk activities.
  • Ensure all current and planned Services are delivered to agreed targets through Service Level Management.
  • Align the Services with changing business needs by identifying and implementing improvements based on a cycle of Continuous Service Improvement.
  • Implement and drive robust reporting.
  • Ideally someone from a Retail Background or Larger Organisation.
  • ITIL knowledge and understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder and change management.
