Standalone role working alongside existing team.
- Rebuilding ITIL processes, build a robust service delivery environment. Drive ITIL Compliance across the business.
- Accountable for managing the successful delivery of support services.
- Work with customers to build appropriate processes and procedures. These will be documented and encapsulated into the ServiceDesk environment.
- Assist with any root cause analysis and delivery of corrective actions that result from ServiceDesk activities.
- Ensure all current and planned Services are delivered to agreed targets through Service Level Management.
- Align the Services with changing business needs by identifying and implementing improvements based on a cycle of Continuous Service Improvement.
- Implement and drive robust reporting.
- Ideally someone from a Retail Background or Larger Organisation.
- ITIL knowledge and understanding.
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder and change management.
