Description 

The Project Manager is accountable under broad direction to provide effective leadership of a technical ICT project in an Agile environment within a program. There is a need to draw in specialist knowledge and experience across the team to assist with project delivery as required.

• Project management to drive the completion of nominated projects to time, cost, quality and scope requirements
• Proactively manage project risks
• Professional service contract management and relationship management
• Provision of technical input and advice in all phases of projects
• Project planning and progress updates on project and initiatives
• Removing roadblocks, tracking project priorities and technical resource management to ensure the technical teams are able to deliver on time
• Weekly project status meetings and reporting to business and technical stakeholders

Profile

• Proven ability to deliver web-based capability will be highly regarded including CRM products and enterprise product implementations (i.e. Salesforce)
• Project Management certifications will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience in complex procurement process, Request for Tender processes, and contract management is desirable
• Experience in developing acquisition strategies for future work is desirable
• Must have excellent organisation, documentation and project planning skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of flow-charting applications and project management tools
• Proven experience with Agile methodology
