FutureYou are currently working with a number of excellent businesses in property and construction across metropolitan Melbourne who are looking for enthusiastic payroll officer to assist in changes due to COVID-19.


Reporting directly to the Payroll Manger you will be responsible for;
  • End to end payroll processing various cycles for both casual and permanent
  • Calculation of tax, work cover and superannuation
  • Maintenance of new starters, terminations and redundancies
  • Process bonus payments, back-pays and out of cycle payments
  • Support with improvement of processes and procedures
  • Provide accurate information to employee queries
  • Payroll reconciliations

To be successful for this role you will;
  • 2+ years previous experience as a Payroll Officer
  • Experience with a high volume payroll
  • Property and Construction experience will be highly regarded
  • Sound understanding and interpretation of multiple awards and legislation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exposure to different payroll systems (SAP highly regarded)
  • Experience with implementation would highly desirable
