Description 

The Personal Assistant will support a team of senior leaders and will bring with them to the role, knowledge, experience and a can-do attitude. The responsibilities of the role are as follows but not limited too:

  • Extensive Diary Management
  • Organisation of internal and external meetings
  • On-boarding and management of client data into APS
  • Preparation of engagement letters, and general correspondence
  • Daily liaison with clients
  • Preparation of monthly client invoices
  • Management of Director travel
  • Coordinating events
  • Provide support to the wider team when required
  • Continuous development and improvement of team processes 

Profile

In these unprecedented times, our client is seeking to appoint a competent, trustworthy candidate into the team who has:

  • Experience - MUST have 3-5 years experience providing administrative support within a similar accountancy function or global professional services business
  • An ability to transition into the business with limited supervision; a candidate who is a self-starter, pro-active and responsible
  • Demonstrable track record supporting at Partner level and acting as the gatekeeper for client queries
  • Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
