Our client is a global service provider who has a large presence across the country. They are seeking a Facilities Manager to join their Melbourne team and manage a well-known client and their sites across the state.

You will be reporting to the National Facilities Manager and responsible for the day-to-day operation of building services both electrical and mechanical. You will manage SLA’S and ensure they are being adhered to, reactive and preventative maintenance, manage a team of staff and oversee contractors.  Your ability to build and maintain superior relationships with internal and external stakeholders and providing technical expertise will be key to your success.

To be successful you must have proven facilities experience ideally managing a portfolio of sites, the ability to lead and motivate a team of staff, have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and have superior attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
