Drive Innovation in both product and design capturing greater brand engagement
Explore International Market trends to identify customer needs and growth opportunities
Use insights to drive multi channel engagement
Establish and maintain strong agency partner relationships
Stakeholder management with key retailer teams
Coach and develop your team ( Brand Manager, Marketing co-ord)
Plan global Merchandise and Marketing, brand standards and guidelines
Profile
You will have significant experience in the beauty or retail industries operating as a brand custodian with exposure to International Markets. You will be a strong leader with a great focus on supporting your team in their day to day and their future growth. Display impeccable communication both verbal and written and exceptional multitasking and organisational skills are a must.
