This role is the critical lynch pin to a major global tech client account, one where you will get a true taste of client side work whilst still enjoying the buzz of agency life.
Digitally-led projects span a number of critical business units, including commercial, stores, SMB and more.
Bastion Collective is a fast growing group of companies with expertise in the communications landscape, including Bastion Effect, and sponsorship and activations agency Bastion EBA.
We are looking for a full time Social Account Director to join our integrated communications agency Bastion Effect.
The role will revolve around understanding complex tech products & business solutions and turning that content into engaging social media content with a keen eye for imagery and strong written style.
You will gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of a global tech giant, a place of true innovation with a strongly purpose and values led culture.
Working closely with Social Media and Social Creative experts with the team, you will add a PR sensibility and oversee the output of a community manager whilst being the key point person for this valued client.
You will bring solid integrated or digital agency experience, ideally across PR & Social Media and creative approach to creating content and driving digital campaigns across social channels.
Agency experience and a broad understanding of PR, digital and social media is a must, as well as a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to conent.
You'll enjoy the pace and energy of agency life, keep cool under pressure and present to clients as polished, consultative and knowledgeable at all times.
Strong project management of content led campaigns is key, and an agile, collaborative approach to delivering integrated work.
Excellent communication, team management and client handling skills come naturally to you and you take pride in delivering quality work.
You're a natural team player with great energy, a can-do attitude, the ability to juggle multiple projects, pivot when needed and come up with smart solutions.
Experience working with B2B technology clients is highly desirable.
Local market experience and residency with ful working rights required.
